From the vibrant streets of Mexico City, I've always been captivated by the world of food. My childhood was a journey of discovering new flavors, all thanks to my mother's culinary magic. Her influence sparked a passion in me that led to a professional pursuit of cooking.

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Mexico City, I've been an active participant in the culinary industry since 2011. My journey has been a global one, with stints in fine dining restaurants and luxury hotels across diverse locations, from the United States to the United Arab Emirates and of course Slovakia.

The culinary industry has been a gateway to new experiences, places, and people. It's introduced me to a world of diverse cuisines, techniques, and flavors, for which I'm truly grateful.

It is not a secret that my heart belongs to Mexican cuisine, without a doubt. It's a symphony of ingredients, techniques, and procedures; it's complex, deep, flavorful, and yet surprisingly uncomplicated. And when it comes to Mexican food, my passion knows no bounds, especially when it comes to tacos! In my country, the tortilla is more than just a vessel; it's a culinary tradition that brings food to the mouth, and everything we have for a meal is lovingly wrapped in a tortilla to create a taco.
