Valerio is originally from Monterrey, Mexico, where he studied Gastronomic Business. After spending several years in the United States, his life took a new direction when he moved to Bratislava to begin a new chapter with his wife.
Although his first passion was music, especially playing the drums, today he expresses his creativity through cooking. As a chef, he believes that great food brings people together and creates unforgettable experiences. His greatest satisfaction comes from seeing guests leave with a smile and a memorable dining experience.
Family is the most important value in Valerio's life. He believes in honesty and loyalty and follows a stoic mindset that helps him face everyday challenges with calmness and determination.
In his free time, he enjoys music, sports, and reading. He loves rock music, live concerts, and grilled food that reminds him of his home in Mexico and the special moments he shared with his family.
