Anel comes from Mexico City, and her culinary journey began at the Senda 2000 gastronomy school. However, she discovered her true passion while working in fine dining restaurants, where she devoted herself to baking and pastry arts — a field that completely captured her heart.
She draws her inspiration mainly from her mother, who always cooked with such love and care that every meal felt special.
Today, she continues this tradition with her daughter — together they cook, bake, and create beautiful memories.
Anel values family above all. She is responsible, hardworking, and her greatest wish is for her daughter to grow up in a stable environment and have a bright future.
Life in Bratislava brings her peace and space. She enjoys exploring the city, reading, keeping up with new baking trends, and spending time on her hobbies.
