For me, Mezcalli is a journey to Mexico through its atmosphere, food, and art.

I was born in the bustling Mexico City, growing up surrounded by noise, football, and the best food. I studied culinary arts and specialized in pastry. My journey has taken me from the vibrant streets of Mexico to the other side of the world — or, as we Mexicans like to say, “across the pond.”

I’ve lived in various places, including Hungary — Budapest. But it was here in Slovakia that I found a place that truly resonated with me, a place I decided to call home.

My passion lies in creating new combinations, especially when it comes to desserts. Nothing elevates a culinary experience quite like a perfectly crafted dessert.
